TouchNway.com does not own or operate any travel products or services directly. We act solely as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and visa agents.

All travel-related products and services displayed on TouchNway.com are supplied and operated by independent third-party vendors.

TouchNway.com cannot be held responsible for any service failure, delay, cancellation, or dispute arising from the third-party provider’s operations.

Before purchasing or booking any product or service through our platform, you must review and agree to the respective service provider’s own terms and policies.

3. Booking, Cancellation, Refund & Reissue Policy

TouchNway.com follows the respective supplier’s (Airline, Hotel, Embassy, or Tour Operator) policies for all cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
In addition, TouchNway.com reserves the right to charge a standard processing fee for any cancellation, reissue, or amendment requests made through our platform.

• For Domestic/International Flights, cancellation or reissue charges will be applied according to airline rules plus a standard service fee per person.
• Refunds are subject to the airline or supplier’s refund eligibility and will only be processed after confirmation from the respective supplier.
• Customers must inform TouchNway.com at least 48 hours before the travel date for any refund or reissue requests.
• Non-refundable tickets or services cannot be canceled once confirmed.

4. Changes to Bookings

Any changes made to confirmed bookings are subject to the respective supplier’s policies and fare rules.
Most airlines, hotels, and travel packages do not permit date, name, or destination changes once the booking is completed.
TouchNway.com is not responsible for any losses resulting from a supplier’s schedule change, operational issue, or customer-requested modification.

5. Cancellations and Exchanges

Many airline tickets, hotel bookings, and tour packages are non-refundable.
In cases where cancellations are permitted, an airline or supplier credit may be issued for future use by the same traveler, subject to expiration dates and supplier terms.
To process any cancellation or exchange, customers must contact TouchNway.com’s customer service before the scheduled departure or check-in time.
All rebookings or exchanges may require payment of fare differences, supplier penalties, and TouchNway.com’s post-ticketing fees

6. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

TouchNway.com may offer promotional codes or discounts from time to time for online or app-based reservations.
Promo codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. To apply a promo code, it must be entered during the checkout process. Once a transaction is completed, no discount or credit can be applied retroactively.
TouchNway.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
If a technical issue prevents the application of a promo code, users have the right to cancel their transaction but cannot claim post-purchase discounts.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Selangor, Malaysia.
