TouchNway.com follows the respective supplier’s (Airline, Hotel, Embassy, or Tour Operator) policies for all cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
In addition, TouchNway.com reserves the right to charge a standard processing fee for any cancellation, reissue, or amendment requests made through our platform.
Any changes made to confirmed bookings are subject to the respective supplier’s policies and fare rules.
Most airlines, hotels, and travel packages do not permit date, name, or destination changes once the booking is completed.
TouchNway.com is not responsible for any losses resulting from a supplier’s schedule change, operational issue, or customer-requested modification.
Many airline tickets, hotel bookings, and tour packages are non-refundable.
In cases where cancellations are permitted, an airline or supplier credit may be issued for future use by the same traveler, subject to expiration dates and supplier terms.
To process any cancellation or exchange, customers must contact TouchNway.com’s customer service before the scheduled departure or check-in time.
All rebookings or exchanges may require payment of fare differences, supplier penalties, and TouchNway.com’s post-ticketing fees
TouchNway.com may offer promotional codes or discounts from time to time for online or app-based reservations.
Promo codes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. To apply a promo code, it must be entered during the checkout process. Once a transaction is completed, no discount or credit can be applied retroactively.
TouchNway.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
If a technical issue prevents the application of a promo code, users have the right to cancel their transaction but cannot claim post-purchase discounts.
